About This Site
Pay Period Calendar 2027 exists because most payday calendars online get the holiday edge cases wrong.
What makes this calendar different
Every date on this site is computed by a single open calculation engine, unit-tested against the official source pages (GSA payroll calendar, OPM holiday schedule, Federal Reserve K.8 settlement holidays, DFAS pay schedules, SSA Pub. 05-10031 — all checked 2026-11-08). Two details competitors routinely miss:
- Saturday holidays. In 2027, Juneteenth, Christmas, and New Year's Day 2028 fall on Saturdays. Federal employees get the preceding Fridays off, but Federal Reserve banks are OPEN — so payroll settles. Our calendar uses the bank settlement calendar, which is the one your direct deposit actually follows.
- Cross-year adjustments. A January 1, 2027 payday paid "early" lands on December 31, 2026 — we keep that date visible instead of dropping it.
Data sources
Official-date pages (federal, military, Social Security, bank holidays) render data transcribed from the linked official pages, each with its source URL and check date. Computed calendars (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly, any anchor) are generated live by the engine.
